Clearly inspired by dusty deserts, the Rally Raid muffler is the result of SC-Project experience during the most extreme off-road competitions.

The materials used, the production process, the global manufacturing accuracy and even the design and the volume of this silencer, has been calculated and tested to be a real benchmark for the multi-purpose and all terrain bikes, in full compliance with Euro 4 and Euro 5 regulations.

The Rally Raid silencer is totally manufactured with high quality titanium with a very typical and aggressive end cap which recalls the intense off-road use. All the technical solutions applied on this product have been tested all over the world during very long distance trips in the most several conditions, both on road and especially off road use.
All the components are welded with TIG technology (in protected environment) and the internal bushings are CNC machined from solid block: excellent couplings, top quality materials and high technology production processes are necessary to offer the best durability, quality and performance.
Everything has been developed to offer a superbe sound experience, in full compliance with european regulations.
